May I ask what breed you breed and why? Do you trace lineage? Blood? Genes? Do you screen potential buyers? Or are you looking for an easy buck? Are you aware of a terrible overpopulation crisis involving bunnies? Are you aware that an unspayed female bunny can develop ovarian cancer and die within 5 years but a healthy fixed rabbit can live twice as long?
Are you at all concerned for the welfare of the bunnies, because I have a vendetta against people who breed any animal without tracing proper lineage and seeing vets and screening buyers. A reputable breeder of which passes standards set by international organizations like
www.rabbit.org (Even they support rescue over breeding) is more complex than most would believe. Bunnies are easy to breed but maintenance and health is up to 12 years of dedication and demand.
