Okay, right off the bat I want to say;
1 we haven't changed the kitty litter,
2 we cleen the box once sometimes twice a day,
3 we got feliway and plugged that in around the house,
4 my sister did stay with us recently for 5 weeks with her hubby and kitty. They left 3-4 weeks ago.
5 I know it can't be a uti

We have 4 cats minus my sisters kitty. Our oldest shadow pees on everything, always has. She is a cranky *****. We got 2 new cats in February from the vet my sister works at. One is a boy, an American Manx. I loved him right away and he loved me. He'd sleep and cuddle with me all day but after a while with the new girl he stopped. He used to sleep right next to me when I slept but not anymore and whenever I see the girl on his blanky I shoo her off since she has her own.

After my sister came they had their bed peed on twice, they were convinced it was him since he and the girl are the only ones ballsy enough to go into the rottie's room. He is neutered, was when he was little too. He is only about 1 1/2 - 2 and was at the vet for months being boarded until the owner couldn't afford it. He is a rough player too and likes to bite but I'm not concerned about that.

Right after my sister left someone peed on my bed. I didn't want to believe it was him so I just washed the sheets and pad a few times and scrubbed then flipped the mattress. I then sprayed it all with feliway and made the bed. Since we started using the stuff we haven't even found pee in other places anymore but then this morning, like last time, I got up to go to the bathroom and then went back to bed since it was an hour before I needed too get up. He then crawled over me and i thought he nuzzled up against my back but then i felt warmth and jumped up to see my favorite cat peeing in my bed.I tor everything off the bed and threw it in the wash, but it got my foam pad. I'll throw it out this time. Mattress is untouched this time.

My mom feeds and cleans everything but this week she took off so she's been sleeping in. I remember last time he did it my mom slept in and am wondering if he could just do this because he is saying "feed me now!" my mom keeps her door closed and I didn't so instead of her he peed on mine since I got up?

is your littre box a covered or open box ? some cats dont like covered boxes also you may want to bring him to the vet as he maybe have an infection, is he neutured ? if not he could be marking his territory
The litter boxes are all open and they are supersize because my other cat is a really big cat. He is neutered, was when he was young. My sister is taking him to work ( she's a vet tech) and going to see about getting him on meds he was on with his old owner. I think he was just angry he wasnt fed at 7am like usual and I got up and then was going back to sleep without feeding him..I don't know what I'm going to do with him, I like having home sleep with me but I might have to just lock him out of my room for good if he does it again.. We got feliway and I washed and scrubbed the sheets and mattress from last time and everything. He'd never peed/sprayed my room before, ever, but then he peed on me twice now while in bed?

sounds like he could have an infection
Actually if you watch the show Cat Daddy, cats do not pee outside of their litterbox out of revenge. It's always a good reason - not enough litterboxes(should be 1 box/cat plus one more), don't like the litter(too dusty, too abrasive, too fragrant, residual smell of urine or fecal matter), don't like the placement of it(too disturbed by people walking through, other cats(s) are blocking them from it..), and of course there's health problems that can cause it, territorial marking, negative association with it(if they had a UTI or other problem that made it hurt to go to the bathroom, that litter box will then equal pain), and stress. Best thing to do is make sure you have enough boxes, experiment with different litters, and get him checked out.
Oh no that's terrible. :( Try changing your litter box brand you're using. Maybe she's not comfortable with the present one or maybe she had a negative association with it.
