Hi everyone!
As many of you already know, I have gotten two new bundle of joy to join the family I really wanted a couple more ratties after Pepper and Husky passed away and I was really upset and Rayray has been so lonely. I have a gorgeous cheeky little berk boy called Chico Rico; named after a clown I saw at Billy Smarts circus last year because Chico is so cheeky and funny and he reminded me of him And I also have a beautiful himi boy called Cappuccino, because it seemed to go with Chico Rico and also I love the name
When I forst got the boys they had some running stools and after a few days the were sneezing and had a small amount of porophrine, but I realised that I had kept Pipi's cage close to theirs and some of her bedding had flicked into their cage, so I gathered it was down to that and moved her cage away, gave them vitamins and they soon cleared up Since then I have been very lucky and they have had no problems; really healthy! So, I have began to introduce them to Rayray- so far, so great! Rayray seems happy and there have only been a few scquabbles so far- I'll talk about that later though.
Chico and Cappuccino have reeealy began to come out of their shells They are right little fuss pots; love to snuggle with me and have scritches, but they also like to run about like hoolagons and cause trouble aha... It's really nice having little cheeky babies to have to keep my eye on!
Anyways...... now for some photos!!..... (Sorry if some of you have already seen these on facebook! I know lisa has hehe)
Chico!!...
He loves to climb and do acrobatics hehe....
Cappuccino............
Anyway, Chico and Cappuccino are great! They were so shy at first, but now, they always want to be out of their cage, they want kisses and cuddles and time to play
They are such characters! Hehe. I am so in love with them!
I have a question about Cappuccino.... I've noticed that he never stops drinking water, he is always drinking, none stop and considering I am cleaning their cage out as often as I can, they really smell because (I think it's Cappuccino) is weeing lots and lots- I took a white blanket out of their cage today and it was covered in urine. Is this a sign that he is diabetic? And if so, what should I do? Tell me what you think.
I accidently lost the first thread I made and had to re-do this, so if I've missed out anything you would like to know, please feel free to ask
Thanks
