Chocolate Labrador Weeing In Sleep?

Hi, i have had a chocolate Labrador for about 5 years now, we've noticed over the past few days she's urinating without knowing, urinating in her sleep and once she urinated with a blood clot in it, any ideas what this is and what we should do.

Bring her to the vet if there is blood in the urine it can be many things.

Sudden behavior and physical change might indicate an illness, I suggest bring her to the vet, hope it's just an accident.
