I agree with Rav (as always), assuming we are talking about the Cobalt Blue Tarantula, Haplopelma lividum.
Deep burrowers from some of the tropical rainforest regions of Asia, they should always have high humidity, high temps and a good deep substrate that lets them burrow to their heart's content. I always keep a large, shallow, open water dish with mine. Float a couple of pieces of cypress in the water as rafts so the crickets don't get in there and drown.
If you are getting a lot of condensation on the glass, it probably means the humidity is pretty high, which is good ...or the temp in the room is too cold, which is bad. Also, watch out for mold.
Try getting some more ventilation, with more frequent misting to keep the humidity up.
