I have a Leopard Gecko... IK she is a Leopard Gecko and she is about 6months old and when i pick her up, handle her, or mess around in the tank (basically stress her out IG?) her tail appears a pinkish color
when she's eating or chilling in her cave or just doing normal stuff, her tail is a VERY white color :X is this normal? my other Leopard Gecko (8months-Female) doesn't do that!

Sounds like the increase in heart rate is just causing a pinkish tinge due to increased blood flow? Minor changes in colors--mainly lightening and darkening--are normal in leopard geckos.

Yeah it sounds normal to me. A lot of reptiles will change color slightly due to stress. I don't know what morph your leopard gecko is, but the color change seems to be more noticeable in some of them than it is in others.
