Dog health records solution

Hi all,

I wanted to see how others manage their dog's health records. I have a folder where I keep vet visit summaries, medication info, etc. But all that paperwork is getting a bit too much. Any recommendations for a good solution to manage all this online? Like a way to keep track of visits, vaccination/medication reminders, maybe a 'health card'.
