i found a baby mouse out in my garden. i brought her in and put her in my small animal carrier, with some sawdust at the bottom and lined it with cotton wool, made a small nest and put her in it, we massaged her stomach with a cotton bud (Q-tip) and made her go potty (pee) then fed her some milk diluted with tap water and made her go potty (poop) again. she isn't eating the formula other than the first portion. and that was about 4 hrs ago. she is healthier although she has ticks or mites or something... but we cant see them now. she is moving around and we think she is about 8 days old. her eyes are still closed and her ears are still back. we dont want her to die :( how can we prevent it?

try getting cat formula replacement milk isnt good for them. hopefully that helps good luck
Yeah, if you're referring to diluting cow's milk down, she needs either kitten or puppy milk replacer.
