Guinea Pig Seizure?

Hello, I’m new here and I am trying to figure out if my Guinea pig just experienced a seizure (though I know they’re uncommon).
Mabel is 2 months old and was laying next to me on the couch. She started convulsing like a cat trying to cough up a hair ball, then went completely limp between each convulsion. When she ‘came to’ she was disoriented and seemed a bit unsteady on her feet. Was this a type of seizure or moving in her sleep? I am now keeping an eye on her, but I’m not sure what she just experienced or what I should do to help her.
