I looked it up after and it is a popular Irish Folk song!! I must have heard one of the versions locally She did have a chilling voice, I enjoyed it. Does she sing mostly folk?

You may have...or heard Loreena McKennitt do it...she has done a lot of them, and her work shows up a lot on Canadian TV.I looked it up after and it is a popular Irish Folk song!!
She enjoys all kinds of music, but folk is what is in her heart to sing.

I don't watch tv, let alone HAVE a tv !! But my province has deep Irish roots and a ga-jillion traditional Irish folk singers. I doubt I heard McKennitt on tv, but I maybe heard her on radio

Ok well not sure if anyone here is going to be even remotely interested but Rebecca has a website AND her CD is now out! She obviously doesn't have a label backing her and she receives no funding of any kind, so she makes it or breaks it based on whether people think her music is worth their hard earned dollars.
I am really confident that you will think it is. I certainly hope you will consider it. The £10 works out to around $16 Canadian, and there are no additional charges like shipping as Rebecca covers all of that.
