So after I let Blitzen out of his room this morning, he ran upstairs and hid. I call him over and over again from downstairs cuz if he doesn't go out, he'll do it inside. After about 5 min I go up and I don't see him or hear him..and this completely freaked me out cuz there really isn't a lot of places to hide in our apartment. After about 10 min of searching and calling him, I decided to bring out his breakfast and out from under the cabinets he comes. I didn't know at the far end of the cabinet, the bottom side was not sealed. Thought I'd share his little game with you guys.

Aw silly Blitzen!

My dog Kit plays hide and seek with my fiances sister every time she comes over. It's funny. She'll hide and Kit goes nuts running around looking for her. He's not so good at hiding himself though. If you tell him to "go hide" he usually goes and sits underneath the kitchen table.

We have a few cabinet doors that are loose and really easy to open, and I've found Kit curled up sleeping in them on more than one occasion.

hehe sounds like felicia last week when i found her under the fridge still have no clue how she got there. lol we thought she was in the walls.

That's cute! I can't wait till Blitzen learn to play hide and seek..but I covered the opening, I don't feel safe with him going in there. It's about 3-4 feet long and if he'd gone deep enough, he might have gotten stuck. But we might be moving- again. And the new place is a lot bigger than this place and there's also a lot of hiding places so that might be fun. Fingers crossed!

Last Friday I took my boys out to Yappy Hour at a local coffee shop. There was tons of people and dogs. I was preoccupied with Harley and when I looked up my 120 fluffy ball was no where to be seen. I did circles around the yard check the parking lot and the busy street. I can normally keep tabs on him with by watching his tail swoosh around as he says hello to everyone. Turns out he was a few feet away taking a nap under a bush.....

This made me laugh! It seems animals think they are well hid if their heads are covered. Their bums and tails and even bodies can be totally visible but we all play along and pretend we cannot see them! Aw, I love it!

my friend was playing with him and she kept going to the same spot and apparently he got bored and stopped playing with her so she sat in my bathtub for a good 10 mins before she came out to him sitting chewing a bone. LOL

Dogs can be mischievous at times but they intend to be really cute when they are doing mischievous things that's why you rarely scold them.

In general doggies are fond of hide and seek. I am playing daily with my "SAM" daily.
