home made vegan ice cream

hey all i have been making foods for people with allergies or intolerences and morals for quite abit, and on my way home i thought of a great idea for making vegan ice cream. i wont tell you the recipe until i have tried it, im really exited about it. after cooking for such a long time you get the science of it. and i really think this recipe will turn out great. ^_^ post if your interested in it. im going to do a recipe with pictures of the process so its easy for beginners. has some not so beginner steps in the process of making stuff without cream.. creamy.

Ive found vegan ice cream to be chewy...yes, chewy. So add LESS of whatever would make it chewy and Id try it :p

Lol, does that mean the ice cream they serve at school is vegan? :lol:
ussually vegan ice cream is made out of sweatened tofu, soy milk, and thickners like arrow root, zorgum, or xantham. thats what makes it chewie, this is not going to have a drop of soy in it ^_^ it will have thickner but not that much
are you going to make it with coconut milk?
