I am sorry about Finn.
It sounds like you are doing all you can for him and unless someone with a lot of knowledge on this posts something on the forum, I guess you will have to wait until your vet opens up again to ask them about the red colored urine. Did the vet mention anything about the meds, like they could possibly turn his urine a different color? It could be possible that it is not blood at all, which I hope is true. I wish I had experience with this!
