Bloody urine or peeing blood can be caused by tumors internally,kidney/lung infections and other infections in the bladder or such.
Get him back to the vet ASAP and tell them about it. If possible bring in something he has peed on to show your vet.
A friend of mine recently had a female rat peeing blood and it turned out she had a tumor on her uterus.
