My pet rat oreo is dehydrated what should i do

My rat oreo has been laying around a lot lately and the only time he moves is when he drinks water and eats food. I looked up what's wrong with him on google and it said he needs electrolytes and to give him Gatorade but I don't know if Gatorade is good for him. What should I do? Is Gatorade safe? What flavor should I get for him? how much should I give him?
