Well, there are 'Pink toes' (Avicularia avicularia), and Salmon pink birdeaters (Lasiodora parahybana)...both South American, but VERY different species. I personally have both.We just brought home two male salmon pink toes I think ( I get confused with the species I do know the rest that we have though)
Both very attractive, but the cobalt blue is cryptic, nasty, and fast, and the greenbotttle just nasty and fast....if you get them, mind your hands....the cobalt has a nasty bite.I want a cobalt blue and green bottle blue.
I have a mix...most of mine have been purchased as small slings, so sexing was not an option...I havve lucked out with about 80:20 females to males, though.all ours are female
Ah...what sort?and we are bringing home a new torti next week.
Just demand a larger room....if there is not one available, knock down a wall. :wink2:theres just no room for 7 tarantulas , 2 hamsters and a kitten plus me in my room lol
