Alright people, I have some turtles and a tortoise that all need names.
Any suggestions will be helpful.

This is my Red Footed Tortoise. Im not sure if its a male or female yet though, so any name thta could work either way would be helpful.

This is my eastern box turtle. Again, I'm not sure male or female.

and last but not least...

I recently rescued these 2 female red eared sliders, and they also need names.
Please can anyone help an un imaginative little girl name her turtle friends????
Thanks

That is a nice looking Redfoot ... looks like its a cherryhead ... still looks like it is a hatchling... you could name it something going on the cherry theme (I have one named Suger) ... or a South American theme since that is where they are from.

Your Eastern Box is also a hatchling. Where did you get him/her? No idea for a name ... Caroline? Their species name is Terrapine carolina carolina ... I have six of those and I named mine after family members ... gets funny after awhile.

You could do a duo for the RES ... Lucy and Ethel ... Venus and Serena ... Thelma and Louise ...

LOL, some of my suggestions suck, I know but it is a start!!!

Actually I like all the names you chose, especially Lucy and Ethel.

I got the red foot from the Port Credit Pet Centre in Mississauga, ON, and I got the Box turtle at the last Ontario Reptile Expo. The Vendor was The Reptile Store, which is in Hamilton, ON.

I also have another RES named Leo, and a false map turtle named Bowser. I like in a 2 bedroom apartment, but one room is just for turtles (there isn't really room for anything else).

I will think of one that goes with that cherry theme though. Good idea!!. thanks alot!!
