Yeah that's normal. Baby bunnies are really messy, and until they get older and usually spayed/neutered and litter box trained, it's normal for them to go to the bathroom all over the place. You wouldn't expect a puppy or even a baby human to know the proper place to use the bathroom, it's the same with baby bunnies.
