I just got a new leopard gecko c: I brought him home today and put him in a 20 gallon tank, with some Sani Chips that the people working there said were optimal for him. I also got some climbing stones and a rock that you can see him crawling in (you can see the rock in the pictures). I have a heating pad under his tank that I used for a previous Gecko that I had for 8 years, anyone know what I should name this little girl? :)

what about a heat lamp humidity hide and Meal worm and other food dishes?
I have everything but the meal worms, I didn't have the heat lamp over the cage as I was taking picture from the top down, and I just put in the humidity hide.

Not everyone free feeds meal worms.
what about for a name shades or Liza or suki
Honestly, get rid of the sani-chips. Loose substrates are horrible for them. I just adopted a 15 yr old gecko who was kept on calci sand, and he is a whole new gecko since I've changed him to non-adhesive shelf liner.
Heat lamps aren't necessary either if your UTH gets warm enough. The belly-heat from the floor is the best for them! :)

As for names, I think Marley would be cute!
I didnt mean free feeding them just a bowl to put them in when you do feed them.

But i look forward to more pictures :)

alot of people still dont feed them like that ,people usually feed crickets and roachs and then worms as treats :lol:just saying
I alternate between roaches and mealies for mine. But I'm going to try supers with Stanley, and I'll switch Stella to supers too when she is big enough.

There's a lot of different options when it comes to gecko diet, so there is more than one "right" way to do things.
