Feed him in a seperate container (A rubbermaid/sterilite type of storage bin works well), so that he can find his crickets more easily, and they won't be able to hide in his cage.
And their poop looks like of like bird poop, LOL. There is the actual poop part, and then there is a white part called a urate, which is basically their version of pee. Gross, I know...
