ChinChee- whatever it is, it sounds like the puppy is in some kind of distress. Find the nearest emergency veterinary clinic and get the puppy there ASAP.
"stomach thumping up and down" could be anything from Bloat to respiratory distress due to aspiration of food. Both are deadly and can quickly kill your pup if it's not treated quickly!
Good Luck. Let us know what the vet says.

"She'' is alright now. I think she had an urge to throw up. What kind of food is caused to do this? What food is good? What food is bad? I went to the vet and he said there was nothing wrong with her. ( She has really bad breath ) fish garlic breath.

Chinchee how old is your puppy and what type of food is she eating?
I know that chicken and rice is helpful when they have upset tummies. I feed it to Moose when he has diarreah. I just take a can of chicken broth and cook minute rice in it instead of water and then I put sliced chicken in it. He loves this and would most likely prefer this to his normal kibble. What did the vet recommend you feed her?

I raised a litter on Iams puppy and Science Diets puppy. With Iams they had a better coat but with Science Diet they developed quicker. According to the ingredients on the bag Iams is suppose to be better. Look for the first ingredient to be a meat, such as lamb or chicken. Rule of thumb is the more expensive the food the better it is for your animals.

I lost a Boxer pup at 4 months of age due to heart disease. In her case the abdomen had swollen but if your pups abdomen had gone down that wouldn`t have been the case for in heart disease that is a sign of heart failure. In my breed it is a hereditary condition but as mentioned any purebred or mix can have heart trouble. If you further want to have it checked, the vet office can do a chest x-ray, ekg. and an ultrasound to know for sure if the heart is pumping as it should.

If you could explain how old your puppy is what kind she is and what food you have been feeding. Someone may be able to help you a little better.
Also Is she only acting like this when she eats etc. What are all the symptoms?
Hard food will not make a heart beat irregular
