It sounds like you may not be putting the syringe deep enough in her throat...there's a flap in their throat they close to keep splinters and stuff like that in their mouth while they are gnawing...they then spit it out. If you don't get the syringe past this flap rats can hold it in their mouth and drool or spit it out. Don't be surprised if they open their mouth up like they are choking, because once you remove the syringe they will be fine.
thanks we will give it a try
I don't know if this will help but, to give antiobiotics to my degus, I put a drop of it on their favourite treat. Example, one of my degus needed about three drops of Baytril twice a day. I half opened sunflower seeds, put a drop on each of them and fed them to my degu – she loves sunflower seeds and the vet had provided us with fruit-flavoured Baytril.

One of my other degus will drink the fruit-flavoured stuff right from the end of the syringe, she loves the flavour of it so much.
yea we tried putting it in her food but no go she turns her nose up,, we figured out how to het it down we just gotta practaclly shove it down her throat,, even though i hate doing it,, but i know she's getting her full dose, thank you everyone
