So today we finally had to make the decision to put my poor Rex rattie Marlie to sleep. She got a huge tumor and open wound on her stomach and despite getting it drained and antiobiotics, it only continued to get worse for my little old lady. The hardest part is that she was still spunky and ran to the cage to great me. :( But it had just made her way too weak and skinny. Rest in peace hunny, I will miss you <3

Now I still have her sister, Lola who seems to be in perfect health for a 2 year old rattie :) I realize I need to spend muuuch more time with her to keep her from being too lonely, but any other suggestions about her would be greatly appreciated (like ways for me to play with her and such to keep her company.)

(I tried to put up some pics, but I can't find the Img code on photobucket :/)

For photobucket, the IMG code should be the last code offered. Below direct link and whatnot. It should literraly look like [.img]www.photobucket....(./img] without the periods.

Rip little Marlie, it was a hard decision but it had to be made.
