I purchased a "female" Degu and have ordered 2 more females but I think I got a male instead. She is still to afraid of us to let us pick her up or lift tale. I did get this video that shows her bum at the 13/14 second mark and it appears to be a male to me. I am unable to post the link but if you go to youtube and do a search for can you tell me if Mia is a boy or a girl you might see video..sorry
