Hi, i have a little pet prairie dog named Gambino and im trying to figure out how to get him to college.
Initially i was gonna drive from my home (miami, fl) to my school in st louis. I start school monday and was going to head out thursday but now there is a hurricane coming on thursday (category 3), my car also broke down two days ago 3 hours from my house and is still being repaired so it looks like shipping might be a better idea since no airlines seem to allow animals other than dogs and cats. Can i ship a prairie dog? and if so what is the best way to do so? and im guessing he would need a certificate of health or something from a vet too?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, my luck has been a bit down this week and im scrambling to fix things. Thanks you
