Okay, I love my ferret. But every time we get him out he spends 99% of his time snooping. I mean you'd think once he covered every corner he'd decide to do something else. I was just wondering if he's looking for something specific or what? Other than getting him to stop for a second or two to play he's back to snooping. You can hardly hang onto him. Any advise?
Preferably from experience.

An update. He's doing better. We have a large house. I think he' just getting familiar with all the places he can go.

At least now he plays a lot more. He also talkative now. He does that if you chase after him playfully or if you run and chases you. He loves chasing the one cat and talks to him a lot. Definately tell he's happy.

Still snoops a whole lot but not as bad. Guess he's getting familiar with stuff or trying to find mice. lol

lol. Well, Rascal is good at it then. But at least now he's taking time to terrorize the dogs, the cats, and keeping us hopping. What helps is using a baby gate to put in the doorways to keep him limited to a couple of rooms so at least I can keep and eye on him without getting up following him around.

Yeah... I used a baby gate in the hall way too, but that was before my male ferret learned that he could crawl over it... guess I shouldn't of stepped over the gate so many times while he was watching me.

Smart little boogers they are....
