What bedding do you use?

Unless he's allergic to the bedding (unlikely unless he's new or you switched to new bedding), he most likely has an infection and will need to go to the vet for eye drops.

Tooth problems can also cause watery eyes so also make sure he's eating normally (both the pellets and hay). I hope he feels better :).
