what fish should i get ???

ive just got a new fish tank its 64 litres and i don't realy know what fish i should get, i'm quite sure that i want to get some shrimps so it will be planted but aside from that i'm not sure what to get.
this is my first tropical fish tank ive been very sucsessful with my cold water tanks but i am a novice with tropical.
