i fed all the kittens i had that, however its not the best for them. but if you really must water it down a little because it is thick
The mother cat(nicknamed Queenie) has been missing for days now!!Are you SURE she abandoned them? Our neighbor's cat had 3 kittens, and she frequents our deck for food and water. Just the other morning she brought her kittens with her to our deck(but she is very much feral, so it was pretty much just "look but don't touch - these people are cool - but not for me"), and later on in the morning I found one hiding underneath the porch step. He was gone before dusk. I think sometimes mama cats leave their kittens in "safe places" to go about some major business, perhaps a large hunt or perhaps to secure a new nesting spot if the previous one got found or is no longer suitable for growing kittens. We were going to take the kitten in, but on a hunch left him because he was staying in one spot, as if his mama had told him to stay put because she'd be back later. That and she came back throughout the day to play with him and then disappeared again. Then before night fall she left with him permanently. Are you sure mama cat didn't do the same thing with these kittens, and tried to come back to get them later on? You may find if you leave them in the same spot you found them, that they'll be gone in just a few hours because she came back to get them.
