I’ve heard that cilantro is good for rabbits, I’m just wondering why? My rabbits get unlimited Timothy hay, ¼ cup of pellets (oxbow) and four different kinds of leafy greens a day. I don’t mind feeding it to them; I’m just wondering if they actually NEED it. And how much a day?

Thanks for any advice!!

Adult rabbits over a year old can have a big salad each night comprised of leafy green veggies and herbs. Um, cilantro is a regular herb. It's no more important than romaine lettuce. I don't even feed cilantro to my bunny Acacia bc she only likes a little and I HATE the smell!! I grow my own herbs for her, you can to! Currently I only have sweet marjoram left (when I moved I cut up my dill and fed it to her then threw the rest out bc it as dying anyway) but herbs are fun to grow and bunnies LOVE them!!

Smudge gets some once in a while, but I usually just stick to parsley.
