Yesterday was a hard day..
Today feels worse. The house is unbearably quiet in her absence.
Jellybean 01/22/1997 - 03/27/2011 Sam must have called for her. She will once again take care of him as she always had.

For all her old lady issues what happened yesterday was never on my radar for things to expect. Her stomach twisted and caused a rapid decline. Even looking back to what was catching my eye to be off a few hours earlier. I understand that it had already happened and the outcome would be the same. The time was chosen for me and for that I am grateful but the sense of loss of such a long time companion is no less painful.
