yummy vegetarian sammich tastes alot like a hamburger

hey everyone i was being creative tonight and it was so yummy ^_^.

ingredients:
1/2 a medium sized onion chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
6-8 good sized button mushrooms, sliced
1 pinch rosemary, basil,
1 table spoon olive oil
two whole grain roles
light/ low fat sour cream
2 slices of tomato
a handfull of baby spinnach
feta cheese (or whatever you want cheese wise)

heat pan to medium-high heat and add onions. wait till they are golden then add all other ingredients and keep over heat until mushrooms are cooked

take roles and spread a thin layer of light sour cream over each side. on the bottom half lay out the leaves of the baby spinnach and put the cooked mushrooms ontop, add the tomato and cheese of choice. then enjoy
